Actress Nam Sang Mi (25) , star of the new horror film “Faithless Hell”, models the “Tomboy” look for Sure Magazine.
The casual clothing and loosely tossled hair are a departure from the look sultry look she modeled in Arena magazine.

Actress Uhm Ji Won (31) is featured in W Magazine’s July 2009 issue wearing several elegant dresses. Because they had her lying on a sofa in various awkward poses, it’s difficult to clearly see the luxurious dresses made of silk, satin, chiffon, crystals and even feathers. Although I’m wondering if the dress with the feathers might make her look like an ostrich if she posed standing up. The pale face with pink eye shadow and light lips make her seem a bit vampirish in some of the pictures. Eroticism is an odd title for the fashion layout. Hmm… maybe lost in translation.
Choi Kang Hee (32) appears in Marie Claire magazine this month. In a moody black and white fashion spread, she dons both androgynous and classic feminine looks. My two favorite looks are the black one shoulder dress by Loewe with elbow length gloves reminiscent of Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s and the slouchy black pantsuit by Bottega Veneta paired with the metallic sneakers by Lanvin. I also think the giant Swarovski necklace is a bold statement piece for the daring fashionista. The Chanel outfit at the end is my least favorite. Individually the pieces could work, but together it’s confusingly horrid.
Choi Kang Hee plays the title role in the upcoming movie, Aeja, a 29 year old single woman who dreams of being a novelist. In the comedy, Aeja’s mother tries to marry off her immature daughter. Bae Soo Bin who recently completed the role of Jun Se in Brilliant Legacy plays her boyfriend. Enjoy the short trailer at the end of the post.

Han Hye Jin appears in the latest Elle Magazine fall fashion spread. She wears saturated fall colors and fashions by Chanel, Burberry, Celine, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Dior.
As I looked over recent magazine fashion spreads, I couldn’t help noticing that the Korean actresses were showing a lot of skin. I guess summer is as good as time to show off one’s assets.
Looks like Yoon Eun Hye has jumped on the trend to dye her hair reddish for her role in the new drama My Fair Lady (previously called Lady Castle). These pictures of her on the set of show her with shoulder length hair and also a shorter bob. It will be interesting to see her wardrobe throughout the drama as she plays a very wealthy character. So expect lots of branded runway clothes which are a far cry from the boyish clothes she last donned in Coffee Prince.
